4. Theme Authors
Authors who contribute themes to our marketplace retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By submitting a theme to our platform, authors grant WebHost.design a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, adapt, and publish the theme for the purpose of promoting and selling it on our marketplace.
5. Content Guidelines
Users are prohibited from uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. WebHost.design reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe upon them.
